Adriano Duatti is Professor of General and Inorganic Chemistry at the Department of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University of Ferrara, Italy, and Associate Researcher of the Italian National Institute of Nuclear Physics (INFN). He is also Senior Member of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Vienna, Austria. He is responsible of the research program for the production of exotic medical radionuclides (LARAMED) at the INFN Legnaro National Laboratories (INFN-LNL), Padua, Italy.
His main research interests are in the fields of Radiopharmaceutical Chemistry and focused on the development of diagnostic radiotracers for functional and molecular imaging, on the production of innovative radionuclides for radionuclide therapy.
He was author and co-author of more than 160 scientific articles on international journals, 30 book chapters, and more than 300 communications and invited lectures at international meetings. He was co-inventor of about 50 patents in the field of radiopharmaceutical chemistry and molecular imaging.
